Council Directive 2000/29/EC
sets out the restrictions and protective measures which aim to protect plant health within the Community.

Plant Pests & Diseases

Under plant health legislation, a number of plant pests and diseases are classified as quarantine organisms and are therefore subject to statutory control. A number of identification materials and informative guides are available.
