Delegate rates and catering
Fera offers competitive day delegate rates from £28 +VAT.
Fera also offers room hire and catering rates separately for those smaller meetings lasting half a day or less. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
The Day Delegate Package includes:
- use of conference room, set up to your specification
- all audio-visual facilites including data projector, networked PC, slide projector, OHP, flipchart and DVD player
- morning and afternoon coffee, teas including fruit and herbal and biscuits
- 2 course working lunch with iced water, orange juice, tea and coffee
- water, sweets, paper, pens, name cards and stationery box
- WiFi
- provision of visitors' passes and associated security
- car parking
- message facility
Fera offers discounted rates to other government departments.
Business services:
- Photocopying - 15p per sheet
- PC hire - up to 8 = £250 / up to 15 = £350 / up to 20 = £450
Equipment hire:
- Plasma screen - £40.00
- Interactive whiteboard - £25.00
Room only rates:
- Sand Hutton Suite - £600.00 full day, £300.00 half day
- Claxton Room - £350.00 full day, £175.00 half day
- Kirkham Room - £350.00 full day, £175.00 half day
- Buttercrambe Boardroom - £250.00 full day, £125.00 half day
- Additional syndicate room - £200.00 full day, £100 half day
- Exhibition stand - £250.00
